As in years past each month I plan to provide you with information on each of the different support service programs we currently provide in the district.

The Highly Capable program began classes the first day of school transporting 27 fifth & sixth graders to WMS. The program is being taught by Tim & Shar Brown 4 days a week and at capacity. We have started a waiting list for students that may have been previously identified, but weren't active participants last year or any new students that move into the district. Our WMS program has 9 Hi-C students participating in LEGO robotics, taught by Tim Brown during the school day.

I spent a good deal of my summer creating a Hi C Guide that I've attached. This resource provides information on the new referral process, program guidelines and procedures and resources for teachers and parents. I've also updated the website that includes all this information and more!! Check it out.......
