HS Girls’ Basketball

  1. JV – 5-1 (league), 8-1 (overall)
  2. Varsity – 7-0 (league), 9-0 (overall)

HS Boys’ Basketball

  1. JV – 8-1 (league), 9-2 (overall)
  2. Varsity – 7-2 (league), 7-4 (overall)

HS Wrestling

  1. We are 1-1 in duals and have represented well at invitationals.

      i.      The varsity competed in the Joe Bair Invitation this past weekend.  Nathan Patterson won his weight class. Zac Seevers and Zach Wardle both placed 2nd.

Other

  1. Remember that WHS Sports can now be followed on Facebook and Twitter and we have a new website: tricoathletics.com
  2. As of today, 2A classification still not official, but that is most likely what we will be (smallest in the entire state). League alignment is still up in the air – lots of possibilities (including 2A/3A combination league, straight 2A league, join the 1A league as a 2A school, then play post season 2A). We will know more in the next few weeks.
