WSSDA Conference

The is Scheduled for November 16-18.  This year it will occur in Bellevue WA.

Does the Board desire to attend this conference in November this year? 

The cost of attendance, excluding non-provided meals and travel, is about $1,000 per participant.

  • Registration $540
  • Hotel $352 to $558 (Plus taxes and fees)

If Directors wish to attend the the cost will increase by $371-$474 (plus lodging taxes and fees)

If yes, what shall we do regarding the board meeting scheduled for November 16?

  • Option 1: Hold the board meeting as scheduled, keeping the meeting to a minimum (Consent Agenda+) and having board members who attend the conference participate via Zoom or telephone.
  • Option 2: Reschedule the meeting
    • Wednesday, November 15th
    • Thursday, November 9th
