The June 11th and July 9th meeting minutes could not be approved, due to lack of quorum of Board members from those meetings.

BOARD REPORTS AND REQUESTS
Janice Watts had talked with a friend who is a CTE law enforcement teacher at Kelso School District. She had called Asha to see if there was interest in this kind of program at Woodland School District. Michael told Janice that Woodland School District students go to the Skills Center for a law enforcement program. He said there is a funding advantage of our students going to the Skills Center.
DISCUSSION
2012-2013 Budget Review WorkshopStacy Brown reviewed the 2012-2013 Budget with the Board. They discussed the fund summaries, highlights, enrollment budget comparisons with the previous year and sources and uses.
PUBLIC HEARING
Public Hearing on Extension of Capital Projects FundAt 6:49pm, Vice President, Bill Woodard recessed the meeting for a public hearing on the Extension of the Capital Projects Fund. There were no public comments and the hearing was closed.
The meeting reconvened at 6:51pm.

The Board discussed the consent agenda.

ACTION ITEMS
Resolution No. 2563-Capital Projects Fund Budget Extension This extension is needed because the voters approved the bond issue to build the new High School and the District expects to expend more money on related projects than the original appropriation for the fund for this fiscal year.
Tina Cayton moved to approve Resolution No. 2563-Capital Project Fund Budget Extension.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
Vice President, Bill Woodard,聽recessed the meeting into executive session at 6:56pm for approximately 10 minutes, to discuss matters allowed under 42.30.110(1)(g), with no action to be taken upon return.
